My Little Leader & Me: Focus, Fun and, Fundamentals

A little summary of the class

In our energetic 45-minute sessions, you and your little leader will work together using fun, non-contact martial arts themes to develop:

  • Listening Skills (Following simple commands)
  • Balance & Gross Motor Skills (Kicking, stepping, running)
  • Focus & Bonding (Dedicated time working with your little leader)

My Little Leader & Me is for parents of toddlers (ages 18 months to 3 years) who are looking for a unique and highly rewarding activity and time to bond with your little one and other likeminded parents.

The My Little Leader & Me martial arts program is a 45 minute, parent and child class that uses unique games, martial arts, movement and play to give your child a head start at school by improving confidence, focus, and listening skills in a safe and friendly environment.

This is the first ever My Little Leader & Me Course. By joining this first course you will be a founding member.

6 Week Course (Term Time)
Start date: Friday 9th January
End date: Friday 13th February
Timings: 9:15am – 10am
